4. Pricing and Payment
All quoted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
Payment is due at the time of service unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance. We accept cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer and approved card payments.
If an invoice is not paid by the due date, we may charge late payment fees and recover any reasonable costs incurred in collecting the debt.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unsafe weather conditions, technician unavailability, safety concerns or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available appointment.
6. Service Warranty
Where a treatment includes a warranty period (for example, certain general pest treatments and termite barrier installations), this will be communicated to you in writing at the time of service. Warranty terms vary by treatment type and property condition.
Warranties may be void if:
- The property has been altered or treated by a third party after our service.
- You have failed to follow our preparation or post-treatment instructions.
- Conducive conditions for pest activity have been allowed to develop or persist (such as moisture issues, food sources or harbourage).
- Invoices for the service have not been paid in full.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to deliver our services safely and effectively, you agree to:
- Provide reasonable access to all areas requiring treatment.
- Inform us of any pets, children, allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities at the property.
- Follow any pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions we provide.
- Vacate treated areas for the recommended period after service.
- Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues following a treatment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the provision of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss including loss of profits, loss of business or property damage caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to TSD Pest Control. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
